David Yen

This is David’s second live streaming show, having just played Bernie Cary/The Father in Reunion/Dark Pony with Zoom Theatre. He is grateful to be able to continue telling stories in this new venue. His work has earned him critical acclaim both as an actor and a director from Theatre Bay Area, The Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle, and the Marquee Journalists Theatre Awards. He has been privileged to play Scott Bader in Faceless (6th Street Playhouse), Cedric Doyle in The Nether (Left Edge Theatre), and Ed Boone Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (Spreckels Theatre Company), among others. Favorite musical roles include Hook in Peter Pan (Spreckels Theatre Company), Higgins in My Fair Lady (6th Street Playhouse) and the Tin Man in Wizard of Oz (Mountain Play).
