Our Hindsight short play festival, now in its 5th year, attracts more than 300 scripts from playwrights around the world. To be considered, scripts must be topical, original and demonstrate this year’s theme, “Tyranny.” In addition, all Hindsight plays typically challenge and inspire audiences to think, feel and act.

The winning plays are performed as staged readings with local actors and directors led by Hindsight festival director Jenny Hollingworth, and subsequently published.
